Exchanges & Store Credit We accept exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Simply contact us with your order number and we'll get it sorted!

Blind Boxes & Mystery Items All blind box and mystery item sales are final. Once opened, we cannot accept returns or exchanges — that's part of the fun of the surprise! 🎁

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle, no stress.
